This : This directly from drugs.Com: "what happens if i overdose? Seek emergency medical attention or call the poison help line at 1-800-222-1222. An overdose of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) can be fatal. Overdose symptoms may include restlessness, tremor, muscle twitches, rapid breathing, confusion, hallucinations, panic, aggressiveness, muscle pain or tenderness, muscle weakness, fever or flu symptoms, and dark colored urine. These symptoms may be followed by depression and tiredness. Other overdose symptoms include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, uneven heartbeats, feeling light-headed, fainting, seizure (convulsions), or coma." there are two separate issues here: 1. Medical affects of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) overdoes. 2. Psychiatric question of why an 18 years old overdoses. Both issues need to be looked at.

The : The flag on the question indicates it was asked 2 days ago. How the young lady is fairing at this point in time is hopefully that she is doing well. For future reference, it is vital to have a patient who has taken excessive quantities of any medication evaluated immediately by an emergency room physician.
