A member asked:

Is it possible to only see a doctor every 90 days for my vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) prescription? every 30 days is getting too costly for me.

Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) prescription: Depends on a doctor. In theory, yes. You do need to have you vital signs checked regularly, however.

Sometimes.: That is provider specific. Some psychiatrists i know require the patient to be seen every month and some are willing to see them quarterly. If you are psychiatrically stable, don't abuse drugs, are responding well to the medication & have no side effects- your doctor may be willing to consider seeing you at longer intervals. Good luck.
