Not enough info: Without knowing your HDL and LDL, you don't have enough information. Suppose half your 204 is HDL (the "good" kind)? That would be highly favorable! Moreover, treatment is not advised in a vacuum. Your other risk factors play importantly into the decision. Smoker? Diabetic? Hypertensive? Known vascular disease? Family history?
