I would check BP IN both arms to see if the arm they do not use registers high blood pressure. The standard it to take BP in both arms especially at your age and older but in children and newborns as well.

"Grade I diastolic dysfunction" is a common comment on echo reports and in adults your age, has become meaningless since it can be a consequence of age.If you have hypertension or other cardiac abnormalities it may be indicative of a problem worth pursuing.
