Diabetes: Assuming your grandmother's glucometer is accurate and her test strips fresh, you most likely have diabetes (random test >200). Best to go see your family doc immediately for testing & care. In the meantime, ask your local hospital for diabetes education & nutrition classes. And go see your eye doctor for dilated exam. And check your feet every night to be sure no injury.
