Mg/dl: Hi. In the US, we measure glucose concentration in mg/dl, not mmol/l, so most US folks aren't familial with those numbers. Were the 5.1 mM and 4.3 mM fasting values? If not fasting, they're both totally normal. If fasting, the 5.1 mM is kind of on the cusp, but the 4.3 mM is totally normal for fasting. I suggest you eat healthy & exercise regularly and take you diabetes medicine(s)! Good luck.

Blood sugar: Those two values are OK if they have been measured either before or after meals. When and why do you measure your blood sugar? If you let me know I may be able to give you better advice or it might be easier for you to see your doctor.
