Concern: Do you have a history of Depression with psychosis, bipolar or schizophrenic and are non compliant with Meds, so that she is concerned for your well being and safety? If yes it may not be a bad idea.

Not very much info: here. I am assuming that there is a basis for her concern. Consider evaluation to help determine if this is in your best interest. Recommend that you be scrupulously honest with evaluator.
