What do you suggest if my gums are bleeding excessively with even the slightest gum sucking, floss or brushing, what do i do?

Evaluation: The most prudent advice anyone can give you is to have yourself examined by a local dentist. Bleeding gums could be indicative of periodontal problems... can't possibly tell without an examination and radiographs.
