Liver pain: usually the liver doesn't cause pain. In the same area though, Right upper quadrant is the gallbladder which could be a problem. Usually back pain is not in the Right upper and where the liver is located

Pain anterior: Most of the symptoms related to cirrhosis and or tumor growing in the liver relate to capsular swelling. Such pain is almost always anterior and just under the front rib cage. Back pain is usually related to lumbar muscle pain from straining of muscle or from disc pain in the region of the thoracic vertebrae.
