Wide range: The symptoms you describe really need to be worked up and be a health danger. Right side makes be think gallbladder disease but yes liver and duodenum are also in the area. See a physician have a work up, a gastroenterologist may b of help as well

Pain on the right beside the belly button + pain under the right chest ribcage + pain under the right shoulder + pain on the right lower back. Pain mostly numb but comes intensely sharp from time to time. Is it liver, kidney or gallbladder problem?
