Ankle bumps: Do your ankle bumps itch? Turning dark is most likely post inflammatory changes, which should fade over time. Ankle bumps make me think of ankle bites from fleas. Those would itch. Consider seeing a dermatologist for evaluation and treatment.

Honestly i would: need to see them, they may be seborrheic keratoses, lichen simplex chronicus or many other conditions, see dermatologist for answers and treatment
