White bumps: A distinction must be made between these bumps being fluid filled or solid masses.If they are fluid filled you may be looking at some form of an infectious process.A culture should be taken and submitted for diagnosis of infection. If report is negative or lesion is solid a biopsy is suggested.

A few things: Without seeing the feet, it could be many things. Perhaps seeing a podiatrist where he can see their size, textures, and what symptoms they cause would shed more light to your question. If you have more details, that would be great. They might be skin calcifications, ingrown hairs, etc.
