I had an electo cardio gram the only information that was given to me is that it was fine but they said only 60& what does that mean?

Echocardiogram: I assume they mentioned the Ejection Fraction (EF) being at 60%? The Ejection fraction is a measurement of how well your heart is pumping. The normal range is between 55-70, therefore they told you "it was fine."

Heart rate?: I am guessing the "only 60" may have been a reference to the heart rate. A resting heart rate of 60 is normal, although at the lower range of normal.
