Breast Cyst: Breast Cysts are common in women and do get larger and more painful when your menses is approaching or in pregnancy. The fact that both breasts are swollen and sore to touch, I think it is best to wait for your menses to finish. If the lump is still there, then please see a doctor. If you are pregnant, you will need to see a doctor as well.
