Have you gone back?: Have md reexamine you when your breasts hurt. The discomfort may be normal but should be addressed by md.

See a breast surgeon: He may give you peace of mind. For now get an ultrasound, avoid caffeine, wear support/maternity bra, apply ice for 5 min. To see if you feel better.
