Fibrocystic changes: You could have fibrocystic changes. This is the most common cause of breast pain. It can be aggravated by caffeine, stress, menstrual cycle and hormonal supplements. In addition, you may want to get fitted by a bra specialist to make sure you have the right size, which will make you more comfortable. Vitamin e works for breast pain in some.

Sleep in bra: Sounds like fibrocystic changes. I recommend seeing a specialist to evaluate, but, sometimes wearing a supportive bra to bed, will improve those symptoms. While nothing works perfectly, this should help. Evening primrose oils (epo) has, in a few studies, helped breast pain as well. Again, not much science behind the remedies for breast pain, as most resolve without any intervention.
