I have got blisters on my big toes from intense soccer training, what's the best wquly to deal with them ?

Silicone to cap: Leave the blister intact if possible. Wear a silicone toe cap. Apply a thin nylon sock under a thicker cotton or wool sock to train. Make sure your shoes have enough room in the toe box. Mole skin may also help.
