It could be sun: allergy or acne, see dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment when lesions are present on your arms and back:)

Probably acne: Acne is generally on the face , but it can be certainly on the arms and back .Could be allergic if you have rash and itching and not acne like pimples .Consult your doctor .
