Facts: If you have MS, and not doing well, you absolutely need to be taking a specific disease modifying therapy, and Avonex (interferon beta 1a) is by far the least effective on the market, as 4 head to head studies have shown inferiority. The sole OTC agent of any value in MS is Vitamin D-3, and you are wasting time and money seeking supplements to manage MS. See a good neurologist and get stabilized.
