You need an exam: You will need a complete back examination by a doctor (of medicine) in order to determine if you are suffering from some type of radiculopathy (pinched nerve)....maybe you just got overly excited during the World Cup....or not....but the doctor will also want to likely do some form of imaging study to see what the next step should be.
