Needs exam: This problem requires a review of history & physical exam by your physician.True absence of sensation in a previously normal kid is worrisome & suggestive of a neurological issue that could worsen. There are several issues that overlap here. No kid pees on himself on purpose. He may just not be able to stop it when he feels it starts, which would be a different issue, but rx for either is available.
