Any other symptoms?: Are there any other symptoms aside from back pain that could suggest a urinary tract infection? Fever, chills, burning upon urination, frequency or urgency, thinking you got a lot in your bladder and you only piddle? Anyways, the only way to know FOR SURE would be to get a urine sample tested. See your doctor and they'll help you figure it out.
