No fever, no chills no night sweats no bleeding just backache. does it mean infection after miscarriage? doing physical work at home.

Most likely due to t: ...exercise. It depends on how long ago the miscarriage was. If only 1-2 days talk 2 or C Ur OB/GYN, as early infections may not have fever or chills, ,nite sweating. If it has been a wk or longer i would favor muscle in origin.
