Nightmares?: These sound more like NIGHTMARES which are a form of parasomnia as opposed to vivid dreams. The difference being that nightmare usually impart feelings of doom and involve very terrifying scenarios of death or near death. Vivid dreams are very active and can be anxiety provoking but do not generally disturb sleep as nightmares do. There is specific medication for this (Prazosin)- Raskind protoco

This sounds both: intrusive and upsetting. See you are in behavioral therapy and suffer from anxiety. I am not sure what your question is. If you are having the same dreams recurrently - addressing these with your therapist to understand them better may be fruitful. Take care.
