Why do i have great vivid dreams every night? why when i wake from the dream i feel as if the dream happended? this causes my depression to worsen.

Anxiety..: This could be part of your anxiety disorder. However, if you are taking any meds for anxiety and depression this could be the cause of the vivid dreams. Will depression cause disturbing dreams?
There was a small time frame, I can't recall exactly when, sometime when I was 14y.o where I suddenly lost my drive to pursue my dreams. I also got somewhat depressed and became extremely lazy. What are the possible factors that have caused this?
I take trazodone to help me sleep because of anxiety and depression. I've heard that it is supposed to help with night terrors and such. Yet i still get night terrors and lucid dreams. Is there anything i can do to help with these?
