Possibly: Really can't tell over the internet. If it seems tender or swollen, or if the baby is fussy, I would have him seen for sure. May want to call the baby's pediatrician and discuss it with him/her.

Where, when,symptoms: You did not list where or when this happened or any symptoms or marks after the event. If the baby has quit crying and no marks are visible, this could just be an opportunity to train the older kid in proper behavior.If there are residual marks or visible distortions of normal, I would have the baby examined.
