I did a pelvic ultrasound, shows a 14x12x9cm ro cyst. done a ct, shows a 7cm ro cyst and 2 smaller lo cyst. why the conflict result? which is accurate

It doesn't: seem to make much sense. How much time elapsed between the two tests? If they were done around the same time, the radiologist should look at both of the studies side by side and figure out what the correct measurement is.
