Vasodilators to curb adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) side effects?

Question unclear: What side effects, exactly, concern you about Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) that you think vasodialotors would counteract? At the doses typically used to treat adhd, the effects on the cardiovascular system are relatively mild and probably do not need "fixing" with yet another drug that has it's own side effects.
