Yes it can: Yes it can. Clomid (clomiphene) is often used in women who do not have regular periods. Sometimes it alone increases ovulation causing an opportunity to get pregnant, or if not, a "period." At times, other hormones are needed in addition to the clomid (clomiphene). But to answer your question, yes it can help in this situation.
