About 45-50%: Clomid (clomiphene) is used for women who are having trouble ovulating. Ovulation rates are 85+% but pregnancy rates are only about 45-50%. This may be do to the fact that there are other infertility issues that have been overlooked. The other is the anti-estrogen effects on Clomid (clomiphene) on the cervical mucus and uterine lining, interfering with one or both. Your gyn should talk to you about this before starting.
