Short term only: I expect you left out a decimal point in the dose, but it is only intended for a month's use, not years. Dependency is the issue, not internal damage. So, you need to taper use slowly to avoid really unhealthy w/drawal. But do find a provider to guide you off this. In older adults risky side effects increase dramatically. Be firm that you wish to do it - you'll have a higher quality old age. Best
