See MD: How do you get refills for so high a dose? Be 100% honest with what's going on including other meds, alcohol or substances you ingest that are addicting or in excess of Rx. See your prescribing doctor without delay as your dose is seriously over the recommended maximum (7.5 mg) putting you at risk for unintended harmful additive effects with other meds, alcohol, etc. Hope this helps.
