None: Processed juices have little nutritional value, and are high in sugars. Eat fresh fruit & vegetables instead, and drink fresh water for hydration.

No set amount: However, fruit juices have added sugar. The added sugar can cause problems in the long run if it is not utilized (i.e. sedentary lifestyle). If you want, select "no sugar added" juices or make fresh juice at home. Generally, I tell patients to drink no more than half a glass a day.

Eat the fruit...: Fruit juices are high in sugar and can lead to obesity. Drink mostly water and 2-3 glasses of low-fat milk daily. You can certainly eat oranges, apples and other fruits that juices are made from. Then you get the good taste but also the fiber of the fruit as well as lower sugar - make fantastic snacks!
