Why do i get positional vertigo after a head cold, bad allergies, etc. once i'm dried up, it goes away. it's been like this for over 14 years.

Vertigo: Most likely you develop a blockage of the Eustachian tube and an inner ear imbalance. Usually a antihistamine helps. If not, a prescription medication such as antivert (meclizine) is useful.
