Allergy not cause: Allergies, even when severe, do not cause visual change or blood pressure or heart rates changes. Some allergy medications can cause elevation of blood pressure. See your doctor

Stop OTC meds: Normal heart rate is 60-100 bpm. Some allergy mediciations can increase heart rate. Get a reliable BP monitor- check BP 3x/day.
