Severe = Go to Dr!: If you have severe pain, then you should be seen now. Typically severe pain needs to be evaluated in urgent care or the ER.

Peptic ulcer disease: Could be peptic ulcer disease but unless you are evaluated, it is hard to make a diagnosis.many things can potentially cause stomach pain
