Hmmm: "reflex anoxic seizure" is a problematic label. If you actually had anoxic seizures you would probably have been in trouble long ago. Given that you have been given an odd diagnosis, that you have had "every test under the sun", that you are young, and that you are taking sedatives, it is likely you have a stress-based syndrome, possibly with pseudo-seizures. You should see an epileptologist.
