No: No sweating has nothing to do with that. Probably nothing to worry but if it enlarges, best to get evaluated

I have 2 pea sized occipital lymph nodes at the back of my head. I've had them for 5 months and they have not changed whatsoever. Its normal for me to be able to feel them because I have mono and I'm very slim, but what cuases them to be immovable?
Bw said reactivated mono. Wbc 10.9, lymph 12.3%, gran 79.8%, anc 8.7%. Labs normal 3 weeks ago. Body/joint aches, tired, neck sore, swollen lymph nodes, mild night sweats. Oncologist.confident with mono diagnosis. Should i be concerned for leukemia?
