Rest willhelp: Your daughter with T12 compression fracture must be having pain while making movements, The bed rest may lessen her pain . As you are going to see orthopedic doctor tomorrow ,ask him and do as he advises .

It’s only a day-: - I would have her @ bed rest, only getting up for the bathroom. Recline her car seat to the appointment,& be sure she is seat belted.
