Yes: See you are on Zoloft and atarax. Zoloft can be used for both depression and anxiety. It is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). Other SSRI's include Lexapro, celesta, Prozac, paxil, (paroxetine) luvox. Serotonin Norepinephrine Reuptake Inhibitors like Cymbalta can also be used. The atarax can help to quell anxiety. This is not a total list. I have not touched on benzodiazapines (anxiety).

Your medication needs to be managed by a Psychiatrist. If you are not confident in your Dr. please see another for a 2nd opinion. Medication alone may not be enough. Please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to help. A complete physical exam would show if your symptoms are due to a physical illness.
