Not sure: Unclear as to what "closed" means. If there is a structural anomaly to her ear canal, she should have seen an ENT as a newborn. If it's simply cerumen ( ear wax) that is easily treated at your pediatrician's office or an ENT could do that as well. Make sure you don't use Q-tip. That will just worsen the issue.
