See a doctor: You need to see a doctor and may need some type of imaging study, like a CT scan. If you're spitting up blood, you could have trauma somewhere internally. If you had any trauma to your chest, you could possibly have a hemorrhage in one of your lungs & may need a chest CT. Don't wait, seek medical treatment now.
