Go to ER: It is time for you to get to the ER. In the meanwhile, drink a lot of electrolyte solution such as Gatorade (If you can keep it in) . 3 days is long enough to warrant immediate medical attention.

Small sips: About every 5-10 minutes if white soda, ginger ale is calming to stomach. Suggest place a call to doc who can give med to stop vomiting then it will be easier.

I would go to ER: If someone has diarrhea or vomiting from food poisoning or a virus, drinking Gatorade, pedialite or other electrolyte fortified water is a good way to try to stay hydrated. From your description with sharp abdominal pain X 3 days you could even have perforated appendicitis or ulcer. It is best to go to urgent care or ER for evaluation. They can give you IV fluid since you can't keep anything down.
