Traveller's diarrhea: First, you need hydration by taking rehydration solutions like electrol and fruits. You can try otc probiotic like pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate). However, you should discuss the condition with your doctor at the earliest. Good luck !

Gastroenteritis: This would most commonly with your travel, be what is called traveler's diarrhea, and the most common cause is e. Coli. It may also be one of a dozen or more bacterial, viral, parasitic or toxic reactions. If it keeps up beyond 5-7 days go and see a doctor and get evaluated. Good luck. Hope the trip was worth it.
