Gastroenteritis: This would most commonly with your travel, be what is called traveler's diarrhea, and the most common cause is e. Coli. It may also be one of a dozen or more bacterial, viral, parasitic or toxic reactions. If it keeps up beyond 5-7 days go and see a doctor and get evaluated. Good luck. Hope the trip was worth it.
