Not really: Although a diet high in antioxidant and omega 3 may be beneficial for asthma, there is no firm scientific datum to support it as yet. Be sure that your vitamin D3 level is optimized. Of course, any food allergen should be avoided if applicable. Do note that oral steroid used to control asthma exacerbation may worsen the glaucoma.

Eat well & exercise: There are no specific glaucoma diets. Eat any of many healthy diets as recommended by many sports nutritionists. I particularly like the Mediterranean diet, which is high in quality rich antioxidant foods. Exercise is key to any healthy living recipe. You will need to manage your asthma but this does not exclude exercise. Also maintain a positive and spiritually active lifestyle.
