Depends: Wellbutrin (bupropion) may worsen anxiety in some individuals as it does increase the activity of two stimulatory neurotransmitters (NE and DA). Zoloft helps some people with anxiety, though can become more stimulating for some people at 100mg and above (relevant DA agonism seen at 100mg or above).
