See a doctor: You should see a doctor. Tinea capitis, ringworm on the scalp, can cause these symptoms and requires a Rx medication. You need to be examined to determine what's going on and the best course of treatment. A dandruff shampoo for dry scalp would not help if this is tinea capitis.
