Pregnancy test: could be just a late period with premenstrual cramps could be an abnormal pregnancy that needs checking up on with an ultrasound and a blood test do home preg test and if positive see your doc. if negative, ok to wait for period as long as pain is not severe. if pain is severe, see doc
