UTI and Test: There are two things here. Cramping represents Premenstrual syndrome or infection. It is not representative of early pregnancy. But, having a delayed period is most commonly caused by pregnancy. So, You need to do a pregnancy test first thing tomorrow morning and you need to get evaluated for infection.

Where is the pain, a: How long have had the symptoms,any fever, nausea ,vomiting loose stools, ate anything unusual,anybody else sick in the family.any radiation of the pain ,what makes it worse or better.taken any medicine for it so far?
