UTI and Test: There are two things here. Cramping represents Premenstrual syndrome or infection. It is not representative of early pregnancy. But, having a delayed period is most commonly caused by pregnancy. So, You need to do a pregnancy test first thing tomorrow morning and you need to get evaluated for infection.
