Pregnancy is a stres: ful time. You will be fine. Try some yoga or meditation. Think about the wonderful joy you will feel when the baby arrives. You may even consider seeing a clinical psychologist to help you through this time

Yes: It isn't uncommon to feel anxious or stressed when pregnant. Try to relax as much as you can for the remainder of your pregnancy. To address stress: Talk about feelings & address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs & caffeine.
